Dr. Lynda Barnes is a Faith-Driven Life and Business Developer, Business Loan Broker, ordained minister, and the founder of the Chayil movement — a Kingdom framework built on the ancient Hebrew word chayil, meaning force, strength, valor, and virtue.
Born in the U.S. Virgin Islands and raised in Florida, Dr. Lynda is the author of five books including The Making of a Chayil Woman — a transformational guide to discovering and walking in your God-given identity as a woman of force, strength, and valor. She holds a Ph.D. in Christian Education and Counseling and serves as an ordained minister under her apostolic covering, CoverHer Ministry.
Through her flagship program Build Your Empire — a 90-day business structure and funding-readiness experience — Dr. Lynda helps faith-driven women align, structure, and fund the Kingdom enterprise God called them to build. Her framework, the BEAD Method (Believe, Expect, Act, Declare), and her Trinity Structure (Align. Structure. Fund.) have equipped women across the nation to build businesses that honor God and impact generations.
Dr. Lynda is also a recording artist under the AI gospel music persona Aiikiemaa, host of Chayil Table Talk, and the developer of ChayilHQ — a SaaS platform serving ministries, missions, and faith-driven entrepreneurs. She is married to Anthony Barnes and together they are raising five children.
