Paul's young protégé and faithful pastor

Paul took him along on his travels, called him his true son in the faith, and trusted him to strengthen churches. Paul later urged him not to let anyone look down on his youth, but to set an example and guard what was entrusted to him.

What Timothy teaches you
Faith. Fear is not from God, so stir up the gift He placed in you and use it with power, love, and a steady mind.
Family. Teach Scripture to the children in your life, because a faith passed through a grandmother and mother can shape a leader.
Business and calling. Do not let your age or inexperience hold you back, but let the way you talk, live, love, and trust become an example others can follow.
