The son of promise who reopened wells and found room
Isaac was the long-awaited son of Abraham and Sarah, laid on the altar and spared when God provided a ram. He married Rebekah, and during a famine he sowed in the land and reaped a hundredfold. When the Philistines disputed his wells, he kept moving and digging until God made room for him.

What Isaac teaches you
Faith. When others contend over what you have dug, keep moving in peace, trusting God to make a place where you can flourish.
Family. Love each of your children fully and fairly, because favoritism plants seeds of division that can grow for years.
Business and calling. Reopen the good wells your elders dug, then keep digging new ones, because steady, peaceful persistence often outlasts conflict.
